The focus in playful work shifts from the result to the process and keeps productivity in tune with the earth and the body. Happy workers build a healthier world.

In the card three wagon wheels spin together beneath a crystal pyramid. They represent patience, commitment, and process. Patience for the time it takes to see a goal through to fruition; commitment to working steadily and flexibly; and process to communicate and cooperate with the other people involved. The wheels gradually harmonize into form as they rise. At their highest concordance the wheels form the foundation of the crystal pyramid. It is the magic element in work where the result is mysteriously greater than the sum of the parts. A blue field surrounding the pyramid shows that it is activated and that harmonized working has turned it on. A rainbow and a light beam converge on the pyramid, one becoming the other by passing through the crystal medium. When working happily we synthesize the rainbow of our experience into a focused beam. We can also use this same power to differentiate the beam into a rainbow of useful components.
